| How long does the treatment last? | Typically, hair starts to show regrowth at around 21 days, and will detach from the bulb at 28 days. We recommend that you wax your brows every 4 weeks as this will allow for your preferred shape to be maintained. |

| Pre and Post Care | To maintain a professional brow shape, we recommend that you do not tweeze them between waxes, incase the wrong hairs are removed. We recommend not to do any strenuous exercise, or have a hot shower immediately after the wax to avoid irritation. You may also wish to avoid using any exfoliants, vitamin A or AHA's on the waxed area for the first 48 hours after treatment. |
| Making A Booking | Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of desired booking time. |

| Booking Cancellation | If you wish to cancel a scheduled appointment, please give at least 24 hours of notice in advance. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the treatment value may apply. |
